Just wondered if this has ever happened to anyone. I sold 3 items for a total of $175.00. Customer sent e-check that was expected to clear in 4 days. Now Paypal says check did not clear and the expected clearing date is 10/15. They will only run this e-check thru 1 more time. I have tried to contact her with no response. I get the feeling she is not going to pay.

not much you can do.

I think I would request she use bidpay or send a money order at this point.
Of course you have not mailed anything yet? correct?

Just be patient. This is likely a PayPal problem. They have had a rash of problems with the e-check department taking 3-4 weeks to get the checks to clear. Sounds like yours is in the same boat.

Just had one for $125.00, it cleared in 5 days. This pretty standard. If it is not clearing, then there is not enough cash in the account to cover it.
