I needed to pay for a purchase, last night I was unable to make payment. This morning it took me over 15 minutes, I keep getting error messages: "Intermittent errors, . . . some PayPal members may not be able to access . . . try later . . ."

The inability to access PayPal it sure going to hurt eBay sales!

They had an emergency "maintenance" until $am EST???
