Has anyone else ever received a Bid Retraction for a Fixed Price Listing? I had a bidder purchase two of my items on 11/8/04... and I proceeded to send him an invoice. Well... today, I got a "Bid Retraction" notice from eBay on the item. It kind of shocked me... since I've never seen a Bid Retraction for an item that had already been purchased! Anyhow... I checked the bidder's ID, and apparently he is now NARU'd. I wonder if the "Bid Retraction" will automatically refund my fees... or if it doesn't, if it will cause problems when I file for a FVF refund. Anyhow... just thought it was a little strange, and wondered if anyone else had ever had a similar situation....

You have to file but shouldn't have to wait the 7 days
Usually the seller must wait 7 days after a listing closes to file an Unpaid Item dispute. However, in the following exceptional cases, the seller can file a dispute immediately:
At the time of the filing the buyer is no longer a registered user of eBay, or
the buyer is from a country to which the seller has indicated they will not ship, in the "shipping and payment details" section of the listing. (regions to which the seller will ship are listed on the View Item page for the item in question).
In these two cases the buyer will receive an Unpaid Item strike and the seller will receive a Final Value Fee credit without any additional steps.
