I guess this wasn't a scam!! Several months ago I was approached by someone named Michael Miller to contribute to an ebay tips book....I can't remember whether I did contribute or I didn't...I tend to be suspicious of those kinds of emails. A couple of weeks ago I received another email telling me that the book was out, thanks for the contribution and reply to email if I wanted my free copy...I deleted email thinking it was part of the scam...
well it wasn't!! Book is out now. Tips of the ebay masters..did anyone get it? Am I in it?

So far the best ebay book is not an ebay book: Guerilla Marketing.
Thanks FWC, or whatever you call yourself these days!
I sent it out as a gift to my sister, great book(s)

I got those same e-mails. I didn't remember contributing anything either. I did tell him I wanted the free book, but haven't received it yet. If I do, I'll let you know if you're in it.

Most E-Bay Books are as useless as side pockets on a hog.

I read this with interest and humor.
I do disagree with all of you.
The best book about eBay is Skip McGrath.
"The Complete eBay Marketing System" is worth the money and then some!
I have used Skip's book in adult education classes and you would be amazed how many of my students are now successful eBayers.
Take a look at his website:

Most of the wholesallers I use were gather from Skip's newsletter.

I got the first one at the library.
The home based business one is one I sent to my sister.
I just went to Amazon, but tonight I went to the Guerilla site. Wow, cottage industry!
