Today I received a package back post dated November 17th that says Addressee unknown. The address I used was from the PayPal payment. The person emailed me about 2 weeks ago asking where their item was and the DC in Endicia was just showing it to be shipped. Now it says returned becuase undeliverable.

I'm emailing the person in question to tell them what is going on. Do I ask for postage again for them to pay for me to reship the item?

This is not my fault that this happened and I should not have to pay the shipping again I don't think.

Advice quick if possible please, I want to get this email to this person.

Thanks!

i think if you dont temper with the package, you can write the new address and send it again with no new postage.

I had that situation happen to me and I remailed it to the person to the "new" address given to me by them.

They then proceeded to contest the purchase with paypal. I lost because the delivery confirmation I had that showed she RECEIVED the item was invalid because it wasn't mailed to Paypal's confirmed address.

She has my item and I have no money.

I would just refund their money. If they want it that bad they need to either update their mailing information with paypal or mail you a money order.
