Hi,
I just wanted to let you know that we're in the process of compiling
a big "deadbeat bidder" list from lots of different eBay sellers, and if
you have any non-payers you'd like to add to the list, we'd appreciate it.
We'll make the master list available to everybody who submits at least one.
For fun, I also went out and bought some prizes for the people who
submit the most, but even if you have just one or two NPBs, that would still
help a lot!

I just have a question...will the list be verified? It seems kinda wrong to make a list that anyone can submit names to wihtout verification. There are some pretty strange people out there that just like to make trouble for others. (Like the NPBs) Just my opinion...
