I know I should ask Vendio this and I will, but I always get the right answer here and a lot quicker!
I just started selling again after a few year break. I am not a Vendio user to launch or host. But I am an avid fan and reader of this board. When I started selling again I felt I really needed the support that this board offers.
I signed up at Vendio with my credit card on the cheapest plan ($2 something a month).
This month my credit card shows I owe vendio $4.52. I don't use any services here except posting on this board (and bothering you all.)
Am I being charged per post? What the heck is the 4.52 a month for? What happened to the cheapest plan of $2 something a month? There is no phone number on the credit card bill for Vendio, does anyone have a phone number for billing questions here?

Vendio gets a cut from your sales.
If you just want to read and post on this forum,cancel your membership.

I am signed up for the I think it is .10 cents per photo hosting only and just do not upload any photos and they do not charge you.

it is not 2 somthing a month,it is 2.95 per month for 3 MB.

The $4.52 is for having an account with Vendio even though you do not have them host any photos at .10 each. It is the minimum amount you can be charged. You need to cancel your account but leave your credit card # with them. I did that and I am not charged to post on this board

Yer figures are all screwy, I KNOW what you did,,,,You failed to UNDEFALT that nasty watermarking FEATURE did'nt you. Naughty. It said,,,,$2.95......and that WATERMARK thing is confusinly built in for you to just click OK. Actually there is NO confusion......you did NOT S@@ ,,,,,,and assummed $2.95.....Vendio counts on us NOT reading that. I bet you have the watermaring thing,,,please let us know..tricky of vendio.......they know many Don't READ everything and use that to THEIR advantage....Good luck trying to get that WATERMARK plan off...I am WITH you. I just signed up AGAIN with Vendio and CAUGHT that Slyyyyyyyy trick by mere chance......$2.95........$2.95.you never gave it a second thought the WAY they do it.....

First, Jack, I am pretty sure I got rid of the check mark on the water mark thing...I look out for stuff already checked off.
Plus I got one credit card bill, last month, with the $2.95 total already. That is why I am confused about why it is up to $4.52 now for no reason.
When I signed up there was nowhere to just put my credit card on record. You HAD to check off one of the memberships.
Can anyone tell me how I can cancel my basic membership-that-costs-$2.95-but-is-really-costing-me-$4.52? I want to leave my credit card on file though so that I can just post on this board.

Rivki,
Go to your Service Plan page and check the Image Hosting plan. Sounds like you are set up for image hosting. If you cancel image hosting, you should not be charged anymore fees. I would also post your concerns on the Vendio Services board and ask for a refund of the fees you have already been charged.
