Hi, (I'm not sure if I should post this on the Vendio Round Table or here) Am I the only one that has trouble figuring out what Vendio is charging for image hosting. Sometimes I receive a credit & sometimes I don't. My bill just keeps going higher & higher with Vendio because of the image hosting fees now.
My question is....I have web space with my Internet provider & I'm thinking of just hosting the pictures with them. (which would not cost me any extra $'s) What are the advantages of hosting your images with Vendio? Any?

I think that the biggest advantage of using Vendio for your picture hosting is that it is a quick and painless effort to attach your photos while you're doing your auction listing.
But you will find many, many threads about the changes that Vendio made a few months regarding the changes in their hosting plans - lots of angry, upset people. You may have to choose a different plan if they are charging you more than they should. It will depend on how much space you need. Also, make sure that you are deleting all your unnecessary pics after auction has ended, and also be sure to go into the recycle bin and empty it. Otherwise, you pics are still in the system and you would be charged for that extra space as well.
Good luck!

I recently tried out www.Onfinite.com .... they have a decent amount of free space, and if you have to pay for more, it is a paltry sum. Their method of attaching photos is extremely easy, also.
I've been very very pleased with them so far.
