This looks kind of weird to me.

I was wondering how long it would take someone to figure out that they could list a scam as an Ebay auction cheaper, and reach more people, than they can hire a professional spam peddler.

Sparkz..you're absolutely right.
The Real Estate portion of the site is an open door for fraud...I'm amazed it hasn't been exploited more (other than by the sellers of breath-taking patches of desert "estates".
eBay's anemic regular auction policies appear down right draconian compared to the Real Estate governance:
"eBay Real Estate makes no representations about properties advertised on eBay, about the sellers of such properties, about the accuracy of information provided by such sellers, or about the financial capabilities of prospective buyers..."
Even with a Real Estate listing going for a minimum of $100(but with no FVF)..its surely an attractive target for those with a bit more savvy than these dummkopfs.
Best,
Michael

The best part of the auction though is the legal forms represting this 26 Million dollar purchase which are wrinkled and folded.

If it's really "common" sense, why do so few people actually have it?
