Over the last two weeks I've had several bidders tell me they are getting error messages when they fill out vendio. So far I'm having them skip it, but I'm also noticing that the automated feedback isn't working properly as well. In fact, I just checked and Vendio isn't even noting when I received feedback from bidders. So, I guess I need to know if others are experiencing the same problems and if so, what the heck are we paying for???

another vendio no show, no instructional mess. I have the same problem. I think it sucks. It should be a great thing. I filled out everything right, but it no work here either.
