It would need major venues to launch its service-Ebay,Amzn,Yahoo.
Overstock may sign up,as so far veteran ebay sellers who sell on Overstock are sending their bidders to open accounts with Paypal.
Overstock itself currently accepts Paypal,but this could change if Google cosies up with Overstock,Smartbargains and many smaller websites.
Yahoo direct never make it,so it could be another candidate for Google wallet.Yahoo shopping has many shops which all have their own merchant accounts,this could change if Google steps in.
I would bet you a cup of Starbuck mocha ,Google second line customer service would also be based in India.(just like Paypal)
