Non Paying bidder #1 - Responds to non payment notice by stating that this is there is a mutual agreement not to complete this transaction and that this has only been filed in order to recover fees. Apparently they are unaware that I actually see these statements because I not only have not agreed not to com, plete this, I've had no contact whatsoever with them.

Non Paying Bidder #2 - Three weeks ago purchased item that states numerous times PayPal only but does not see this (idiot) and that they just cannot imagine that someone does not accept postal orders (idiot). So now I go in and check overnight stores and this brainchild (idiot) has gone into my store and purchased another one and marked them both paid although of course no payment has been made... I've unmarked the first one four times now. Apparently she thinks I am as stupid as she is. (idiot!)

No, I'm saying -- I'm merely -- I'm saying what I'm saying. I don't know why I'm always having people say, are you trying to say -- you know what you can do if you want to know what I'm saying is listen to what I'm saying. What I'm saying is what I said ...

I'm more pizzzzzzed at my 21 year old shipping helper (for $10/hr) daughter! She told me she did so many pages of Shipping on Saturday - today I moved the laptop and what do I find??? About 30 unshipped packing slips...ARGHHHHHHHH!

Neglus - did she ship the postcards without the packing slips - or did she just not ship them at all?

Not shipped at all - said she had problems finding the cards...yeah right - I found them no problem.

She was great help at the beginning of her summer break but is less and less commited as summer progresses (she also works 40hr week as camp counsellor)...she's going back to school this weekend - I think I will make other arrangements next summer.

Hi Fenix,
Can you tell me how you mark the item unpaid once the buyer marks it paid.

I have a buyer from Belgium and he didn't pay but he marked it as payment being sent. I have filed unpaid item against him but I am curious on how to mark it unpaid.
Thanks
toni

Thank You Toasted ....
I did try that and it does not give me that option. I see in my other sold items there is "un mark as payment" but this dose not show up on the item that payment was not received, the buyer marked it as payment being sent.

Tonimar - if the buyer selected Money Order or "Other" you cannot unmark it. It is a claim that they have sent the payment, without claiming that you have recieved it. You can only unmark "payment recieved" if they selected PayPal as the method but sent no payment.

Thanks Fenix

But the strangest thing is He originally paid me with paypal but he didn't pay the right shipping to Belgium so I had to return each payment.
He never made the correct payment to Belgium So I filed for my fees back and after reading your thread I went to mark it as unpaid and thats when it showed......"payment sent" it didn't show payment was with paypal.
It just said Payment was sent.

Fenix - You can mark an item as "payment not received" if you have marked it as "payment received" (I mark off "Payment Received" for mailed in payments in case buyers don't read my emails) - this isn't restricted to PayPal payments. Marking "payment received" cuts down on a lot of "have you received my payment yet?" emails.
