I received a notice of payment dated 9/2/05 sent at 7:47 AM. When I went to print postage, there is nothing there. I guess I hacd better call P/P & find out what ois f going on.

Nope. Just something wrong with the user. Common sense would dictate that you need to go directly to your PayPal account and check your history to see if it actually took place.
