I am fairly new to Vendio. I have customers complain every 2-3 days, sometimes more often, about having problems with the checkout. I also have several folks apprehensive about using this checkout.
Does anyone else experience these problems? I never really noticed a problem when I was using the PayPal checkout. Only with brand new ebayers.

Hello,
I don't use Vendio checkout as quite long ago some expressed displeasure using it. So I quit and all is fine. There have been past threads here on this subject but they are quite old.

If I were you, I would have a lot of flexibility if you use vendio checkout. As a buyer, if I have an auction that says they accept paypal, I don't consider vendio checkout as part of the deal. I won't use it, and I've told buyers to either invoice me through paypal, or forget the sale. For those that don't want to use it, offer alternatives. I think you will find your selling experience better if you give customers a better choice.
