Jack...As long as you've been on Ebay, you're bound to have received a couple checks from customers that have bounced. Dig one of them out of the archives. Those scammers want banking information? Give it to 'em. The deadbeat's info of course. Hell, if you're lucky, they will even have their home phone number on the check. Some people are dumb enough to have their driver's license number printed on the check. Give those scammers all the info they need, including the deadbeat's email address. Then sit back, open a cold one, and wait for the fun to begin

I've only had 2 bad checks since I've been on Ebay, and in both instances they were made good by the customer. I'm sure that if the need were to arise, there would be someone on this board holding bad paper that would be willing to donate to the cause and give the full info on a deadbeat. Yeah, I'm aware of how the Western Union scam works. They overpay, and want you to send the excess back to them. If he wants 4 tons of clothes, go over to Alta-Dena dairies and get 4 tons of steer manure. Ship it to him freight collect. When it arrives, he'll let out a scream that can be heard half way around the world. Just tell him, when it comes to BS, he's only an amateur that just happened to pick a pro to try to scam.
