I recently sold a little Fisher Price lunch box and thermos. I put the measurements in my auction. Today, the winner wrote and said that it was not was she expecting, she thought it was a full size one. It was listed under "Fisher Price toys". She wants to know what to do because she doesn't want it. I told her that the measurements were clear in my listing, and suggested she might sell it on eBay. Do you think I should do anything else about it, I don't want a neg?

You're within your rights, but it might be more trouble than it's worth.

If they already received it, make it clear that a refund depends on your receiving back the same item you shipped, in the same condition as shipped. In the event that it's not, they can choose between leaving the item with you, or paying another shipping charge to get it back.

In my experience, it's the inexpensive things that get the negatives.
