why do you not accept paypal? I think your product is worth bidding on, but I dont trust just sending my money without some insurance that your not scamming on this product. if you would accept pay pal i would be willing to bid with some confidence.
He'll get his first feedback from somebody else---
As you are a newbie to eBay, I should point out that feedback is an important tool. As a buyer, you should do a feedback check to determine if the seller is trustworthy. Same is true for the seller. I checked yours, and since you have none, I'm a little wary of you. I'd rather take a little less for the item than have a buyer who may or may not follow thru. Therefore your bids are now blocked. Come back when you have more experience.

You were nicer than I would have been.
"If 22,000 positive feedbacks and six years selling on eBay aren't enough to convince even a poorly-educated shift-key-deficient still-wet-behind-the-ears toad like yourself that I'm not going to cheat you, I highly doubt that my using the payment method of your choice would."

I had to hunt for it, but here is one email from a newbie in the days when I only took checks and money orders.
"Hello,
"I'm new to eBay and I was wondering why you don't accept Paypal. It seems so convenient. If you don't mind, could you explain it to me?
"Thanks in advance for your time."
What a difference in tone, eh, between:
1) I think you may scam me if I buy your item without using PayPal.
2) I'm new here and trying to learn more.
BTW, I did explain at some length, the bidder understood and she converted into a buyer.
