If you're tired of playing push the button on the automated telephone tree systems in hopes of locating a live person, chances are there's a hack or cheat where you can bypass the recorded instructions. The following link gives the codes for several major corporations, including Ebay, Paypal, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

sparkz YOU DA MAN!!!! Wow, where has this list been all my life. I have run off 10 copies (for starters) of it and plan on giving them out to everyone I know. I HATE telephone tree's. You just made my day. Thanks for the link. Mike
Thank you. I will use that list. I am about to have it out with Sprint anyway. I've tried for 3 months now to get a new cell phone but for some reason they just don't want to sell me one. They changed my service plan fast enough (but it was supposed to go with the new phone they said they ordered but never processed) but I can't seem to get the phone itself. First excuse was that they couldn't fulfill the order due to high demand or something like that, the second time there was no excuse, the order just never got processed even after I checked with 2 different people to make sure it would.
I hate their tree system to get to a CSR. I also hate when you have to say it instead of pushing a number.

I saw this on one of the programs last week - 60 Minutes,Date Line, 20/20 or something. It is suppose to work but now that it is public,
It will not take the "evil enhanchers" of the big wig companies to brain storm a way to block the hole it seems to open.
