New trick. I have not seen this one before.
Looks very real. "Click here" is a link to click and log in, I almost bought it.

Dear eBay Member,

A previously entered bid on your item has been retracted or cancelled. "Click here" to view the retraction/cancellation reason. As a result of this retraction/cancellation, there is a possibility that the high bid amount and the current high bidder have changed.

I had one of those also. I now send all eBay messages to spoof@eBay just in case, and found it was a spoof.
