I know this is probably not the appropriate place but know maybe with all the sellers someone could help me.

I am ceasing to sell on ebay at least for the rest of the year. I have downloaded turbolister and am importing all my store items. Then to close the store.

Next I want to cancel all my service plans here so I don't get hit with fees every month and am not selling.

Do I just email customer service and ask them to close account or what?

Thanks!
Kelley

I would email customer service and tell them what you just told us. I'm not sure if there's a monthly charge for the pay as you go plan if it's empty or not. If so, just cancel your hosting plan. Stay registered with them to post on the boards. That way, when you return later, you'll be able to open another hosting plan with your present user I.D.

From my experience - it involves half a dozen emails, a voodoo doll and three calls from a hysterical screaming woman at a collection agency.

A copy of the way to close your account from the Help menu.

How do I cancel my Vendio services or account?

If you would like to cancel services or close your account, please email us using our Contact Us form and choose the "Account Cancellation" option from the drop-down menu, and we will send you instructions on how to proceed.

NOTE: If you are just taking a break from selling, and you'd like to retain your account, you may manage the state of your service payment plans under My Account -> My Service Plans. If you are just taking a break, you don't need to cancel your account altogether.

If you need to request cancellation as of a date in the future, please contact us 48 hours before your specified date. This will allow your account to remain active throughout the current billng cycle but will allow us enough time to process your request before new subscription fees are applied. IMPORTANT: If you do not receive an email back from us about your closure request within 48 hours, please resubmit your request using our Contact Us form. If you do not receive confirmation, this may mean that we did not receive your request.

I just made my account inactive and it was painless. I emailed them @ Vendio Billing Support <[email protected]>. It was nice to have it go so smooth, but I will see if I get more bills.
