How to get the calculator to appear on the auction page?

We need more information.
Do you use Vendio? If so it's different than listing with ebay.

Thanks ladyjewels. I figured it out right after I posted. A light came on in my head.
I use Vendio, so I went to Seller Preferences, Shipping, etc, etc.
