How do I accept payments through Google?
As part of an ongoing effort to provide convenient payment functionality for all Google services involving payments, Google is currently offering a new feature of Google Base. This feature allows individuals based in the United States to sell commercial items on Google Base and accept payments for these sales through Google. Buyers interested in these items can make purchases with their Google Accounts, just as they have in the past for other Google services. (Learn more about making purchases with a Google Account.)
To accept payments through Google for items you sell on Google Base:
1. Visit Google Base.
2. Click Post your own item.
3. Choose or create an item type.
4. Click Next.
5. Enter your item's title, details, labels, description, and other information.
6. Click Edit beside the 'Payment' header.
7. Select Payment through Google, then click OK.
8. Click Publish.
If this is your first time accepting payments through Google, you'll be prompted to create an account after you publish your item.
Important:
* Currently, you can accept payments through Google if you're posting physical goods for sale. You may not accept payments through Google for services or digital goods.
* You may only accept payments through Google for individual items you post, and not bulk uploaded items.
* Any items you post must abide by our content policies.
* You must be a U.S. seller to accept payments through Google.
