It finally happened after all my years of raving about how great postcard buyers are! I had a postcard close at $180 (have to admit that I NEVER in my wildest dreams expected that result). The buyer never contacted, never paid and doesn't answer emails. He is a seller as well.
If I do a second chance offer csn I file sn unpaid item dispute? In this case my "pitbull postcard" came back and bit me! GRRRRR

Absolutely. Wait a couple days after you file the NPB though. Most of the time, that will jerk the buyer into action. Especially it is a seller that wants to keep their account alive and well.
