On one of my eBay pages, (the screen that says "Question Sent" in My Messages) I noticed yesterday that there was a NEW blip with "You've Received a Second Chance Offer" at the top. When I clicked it, it came to an "item no.00000000000" -- that's all zeros -- is no longer available." This was a genuine eBay page by the way or of course I would not have followed the link. Same thing this morning. Anyone else? Presumably another enhancement, or?

I was getting them repreatedly a couple days ago. Strange thing was that it was not on a buying account.
