I have 7000 FP items that SHOULD be included and I have a featured store, but when I plug in my titles (copy and paste the whole thing) search shows no returns...not feeling very good about this!!

I didn't see any of my things there, either. I'd also like to know what kind of order they've put the listings in. Is it by ending time or what?

Edited to add: I did find a couple of my things. This is about as much help to my eBay store as keeping it in the old search is.

I have 1500 items listed, but NONE of them show up here, at least that I can find.

Maybe you had to be part of their beta program?

So far, all of my items that I have searched for are there. But I almost didn't recognize one of my items at first and here's why.

For that particular item, the shipping price is set to "calculate". When I searched for it on eBay Express, instead of saying "Calculate" under shipping cost, it showed a very high rate, higher than any calculated rate for U.S. shipping. When I clicked on the item, I saw that it was indeed my item. When I entered a new destination zip code, the correct shipping cost appeared and thereafter when I searched for items, my zip code was remembered by eBay Express and the correct shipping prices appeared beside the BIN price for each item. But if I had been an actual potential customer when I first looked for that particular item, I would not have even clicked on my item because the shipping price shown was outrageous! For most of my items I use a flat shipping rate, but there are some that are calculated and it looks like that may be an issue that needs to be addressed.

Just substitute your ebayID for the end and you will get a listing of all your items that are included so far.

http://search.express.ebay.com/merchant/youridhere

All of mine are showing up. I tested a few by title and then did a check by name.

But, I had to be in "postcards" first to get them to show up

Maybe they are still working on search.

I searched for a specific record album by artist (couldn't get the title to show results). Got so many results I narrowed the search to lp, still got too many and narrowed search to $5 and found what I was looking for.

They had copies from $14.99 to $4.99 listed so there's going to be a ton of inventory and I'm afraid we are going to see another half.com...where everyone starts to list everything at a penny

Tom, In PayPal do you block payments from buyers with unconfirmed addresses? This would prevent your listings getting on eBay Express

I checked and it looks like all my elegible items are showing. Now I will have to wait and see if it increases sales.

Has Vendio got up to speed yet on this?? I know that checkout redirect is available but have not heard from Vendio yet if they are ready or not.

Well I did the search thing and it showed I had NO items on Express. I talked to live chat and like live help, got the WRONG answer!

It turns out that there is a place under "My Preferences" (this I found out on my own after being sent on a wild goose chase to PayPal CS by the Express CS rep). You have to OPT IN to Express on your Ebay selling preferences! Check also that you accept payments when buyers pay multiple sellers at once.

Gees, I found some of my items, but ebay put one of my quilt applique items in the cotton fabric department..........it's also kind of odd how you do a search with this...I think ebay made this too complicated for an "express" service...the only thing express about it is checkout for the customer....

I did the search thing as described above and it said I had no items. I checked my preferences as Neglus suggested, and it was already set to show my items.

I'm gonna go check the Marketworks board. Maybe there's an issue with the way my stuff launched.

New information:

"... as a further clarification (I hope) any items currently running which were launched with Checkout Redirect (COR) will not appear in Express, as eBay does not automatically opt these in, and there is no setting in My eBay which directly supports that option for COR sellers."

This answers my problem. I have checkout redirect turned ON. This is a dilemma. If I turn it OFF, every order is gonna be more work, but if leave it on, I won't be getting any Express orders. Decisions, decisions...

Tom - is your category eligible for Express? Have you added item condition (new, used etc) to all of your items? DO you have a preferred or business PP account? Do you use redirect checkout? Just brainstorming to see if one of those things might make you ineligible. I don't think they are including all categories in the initial launch. You might check with the Customer Service Chat at Express but, as I said, they didn't help me AT ALL!! Even PayPal when I called them as suggested by Express CS said, WTF!!!

whatever you do, don't change your seller preferences...that got me kicked out of ebay express for the next 7 days....I don't have a clue as to how/what/when/where/why, except I chose not to block non-paypal users. Go figure, but every single one of my items disappeared out of express. I sure wish they would tell people the fine details of this program!!

I use checkout redirect and all of my items show.

I note that my Vendio template is the only info. showing, the ebay info. that usually appears below my Vendio template is not there. A much cleaner experience.

Also, take a look at the tab for "Related Items." None of my items appear when that page is opened. There are 12 additional items, none are mine. Anyone else have the same problem?

Further, you will note that your ebay store does not have a link from the item description. It appears that we will have to add a link on our own (if allowed).
