Just got this email from a buyer:
Hi Mary Ann! This questions does not concern this postcard. I just need you to send me your address because I can't find it. You refunded me $9.49 a short time ago for a card that never showed up. Well guess what? This week it showed up in my mailbox! Will miracles never cease? It's dated January 11th posted from Minneapolis so it only took the USPS about 4 months to deliver it...and in fine shape. I will send you another check for $9.49 if you would be kind enough to send me your address again. I thought I had saved it, but a cursory searched turned up zilch so I figured it would be quicker to just contact you. I hope you like this surprise. Cheers,

That was nice.
Had a person email me once that noticed I paid more shipping than I had requested from him and offered to pay me the shipping difference. Told him it was my choice to send it a higher rate and did it as courtesy didn't tell him that I got big bucks for the item I had figured marginal profit on. Sure was nice to be offered anyway.
