it is not possible to pay per paypal. Can you tell me why?

We have conducted many successful PayPal transactions in the past. I asked him to wait a few days and try again. Is anyone else experiencing similar problems?

Every once in a while someone will tell me that, and I just send them a PayPal invoice. That usually takes care of it quickly.
