are there any computer literates that could help? Have already talked to "ebay live help" and that did not work out. Can not log onto "my ebay" page, the internet world just spins and spins. I could log on to "my ebay" page yesterday, but even then the page links would not load up... Live help said to clear my browser...so i deleted cookies and files. Didn't work. Everything else i try loads up just fine....like Vendio, paypal etc. Have no idea what in the heck i'm up against and would appreciate some help. Ruth

I had a problem simular before using internet explorer. I switched browsers to mozilla and that fixed it. A few days later I went in with internet explorer and it was working again.

You can get mozilla at http://www.mozilla.com it is a free download. You do not have to use the email if you don't want to. Your browser is what you use to view the internet.

I tried it and it worked fine. If you are using Internet Explorer, try deleting temp files. Theese are the steps:
Click on Tools
Click on Internet Options
Click on Delete Cookies
Click on Delete files
Click to put a check mark in Delete all off line Content
Click on ok
It will then delete the files. Depending on how much you have will determine how long it takes
Then cick on OK and you are done

Hi Ruth,
This may sound too simple, but have you turned off your computer?

Turn off your computer and wait a few minutes then boot(start) and try it again.

Do not do just a reboot, but do a full restart. That will usually run off any electronic gremilins.
