Do ebay stores items show up in ebay express?

If not why not?

I believe the rules for store items showing up on ebay would be the same as for ebay express.

If there is less than the specified amount of the item in regular auctions, I think it stands at 25, whatever the number is, then store items will fill in the rest up to that amount. If there are more regular auctions of that item, then store items DO NOT show in regular search.

Can anyone help me figure out why over half my store listings are not in ebay express? I looked at the requirements and my listings and dont get it. Here is my ebay store: http://stores.ebay.com/Flag-Store-USA
