Tropical Storm Chris formed in the Atlantic early this morning. It's off to a wobbly start, but if it can navigate through a hostile environment, it could gain strength. Pay particular attention to the projected path. At this point, any thing between South Florida and the Gulf Coast is a potential target. This map will update periodically.
If Murphy's law is correct, everything East of the San Andreas Fault will slide into the Atlantic

Lady...Just keep an eye on the updates to this map. As of now, Chris is projected to be a hurricane by 2:00PM Friday and it looks like it will nip the Keys and head into the Gulf. This projection will be changed and updated several times. It could also hit Cuba and lose it's punch and vere off towards Mexico.

Boy, talk about GREAT MEMORIES!
NOVA SCOTIA is my FAVORITE place in all of CANADA -- and, one of my FAVORITE places, period...
SUMMER 1978:
Me & my "son" (I was BIG BROTHER for one year -- then became his FOSTER FATHER for 7 years; he's 42 now with 3 liddle ones who treat me as GRAND-PA) went camping at the old KOA in GREENFIELD...
Pulled into the campsite & the owner said: "Hi! Yer the first ones here!"
Couldn't figure out WTF he was going on about? So, Robert & I began to set up our tent & in a few minutes, a car pulled up next to our site with a man & boy...SOON THE WHOLE PLACE was filled with pairs of BIG BROTHERS/LITTLE BROTHERS...
Turned out that THAT weekend was the ANNUAL CAMPING trip for the HALIFAX/DARTMOUTH Big Brothers Assoc! By accident, we were camping the same weekend!
They adopyed us & we had a GREAT time!
After they left, Robert spent the rest of the week glued to a horse named Diana -- her owner waived fees after the first 2 days, and he & I explored the beauties of BEER in the GREAT OUTDOORS...
Everybody we met there, everywhere we went treated us like kings!
Luneburg...Oak Island...Peggy's Cove...
It was a week that we still CHERISH as our BEST vacation ever -- & I took him all over the world over the years...
