Do you mean Live Help? If so, it's on the home page top right corner.

I think you have to be signed in to see it....

also you have to use IE and not Firefox/Mozilla....

ok now THIS is funny. For those of you that want to know the difference between Firefox and IE - here's a good shot.

On the left we have Firefox with Adblock.
On the right we have IE (showing Live Chat circled in red)
