Hi.....I sold item to buyer in Denmark. The auction originally stated US buyers only. There was no accommodation for International shipping. He e-mailed asking me to please ship to Denmark. I said OK. Several bids, but he won. I tried PayPal and Ebay invoices and they defaulted to original data and told him that there was no shipping to him. I know there are alternatives - maybe BidPay or he can pay me with PayPal without an invoice, I think.
BUT, QUESTION IS THIS - Is there a way to
go back and correct the info so the e-bay and PayPal invoices will show shipping Internationally on their invoices? He's nice, but English is not great and he's getting a bit antsy (don't blame him). I've sent him two invoices, neither of them giving him shipping info.

Not sure if this is the problem or not: do you have international payments blocked through your Paypal account? If so, that could be the hang up and you would have to go to Paypal and modify your accepted payments to allow payments from buyers outside of the U.S.
If this is not the problem, you could send him an invoice directly through Paypal. (Use the Goods/other option instead of ebay sale option. You can still include the ebay item number/item description in the subject line but this way should bypass the connection with the ebay system if that's causing a problem.)
Good luck - hope you get it all worked out successfully.
BTW, the new Bidpay is not the same as the old Bidpay service. (I have not used it myself since the change, but you'll want to investigate further if you're used to the way things were and aren't aware of the changes.)

Can you not send an invoice directly through Paypal? I do that all the time when my Canadian buyers want to pay in Canadian dollars, you don't even have to put that it is an eBay auction if you don't want to, you can put it under goods(other). You just go to your Paypal account and click on "request money".

Thanks for answers. He's sent money through PayPal as I instructed him, but PayPal invoice was never correct. The E-Bay invoice also defaulted to show no shipping accommodation. I'm often paid by PayPal from Europe, so that option cannot be blocked but I'll check it.
