I have had 3 customers today say they can't pay with the paypal link from Vendio. That their transaction has been canceled. I've had several others over the last week also. Is anyone else having this problem? I know this is problem is supposed to be on PayPal's side but is Vendio doing anything to let them know there is still a problem? Any idea when this will be fixed? My customers are getting po'd because they can't pay after trying multiple times.

I don't use that Vendio link for my buyers, so I'm not having a problem. Have you gone to the Vendio message boards to ask Vendio itself? There's a link under "Community" for "sales manager," etc. etc.

I had the same problem with two store sales. Both say they could not access Paypal. I am having to go to paypal and create invoices for them.
