Ebay has invited the top echelon sellers to a summit in San Francisco (this is where B Cobb said he would announce some important changes when he raised listing fees). Scott Wingo has kind of a blow-by-blow blog for those who are interested:

Looks like there will not be a live webcast of Bill Cobb's keymote address so I guess this is all we get for the time being.

It takes more than Green (as in FB Green not $$$ green cuz it takes a lot of that green) to get an invite I guess LOL...they say the average FB of the 280 attending is 40,000+....

I found this section very interesting. I certainly am not EVEN in league with these sellers but have the same reactions as George and Kevin to the question.

Q1: (for entire panel) How was 06 and what did you change?
A:
George - Increased focus on off eBay
Brad - It was good, listed more
Lex - No change (liquidate)
Kevin - Had big change due to the store fee increase - had to completely retool biz.

Interesting blog. These guys want ebay to end the free+ listing days. Duh.
