When they mark it as payment sent - it ends up payment received on My Ebay. This has happen 3 or 4 times now and it's scary because each time I've started to ship and I haven't even gotten the money order yet.
Has anyone else had this happen?

Yes, it happens to me also. I also sometimes get this message when I click on a closed listing "Seller has marked this item as unpaid, but it was paid by Paypal on ....." I never mark an item as unpaid unless I file a UID, and thankfully, that is rare.

I ignore all mark it as payment sent signs or notices as it often takes a week or so for payment to arrive from the USA or Canada. Payment from Europe or Japan is usually same day credited into my bank account so I can ship the next day.
