hve not had much luck trying to find the name on this item it is 3 inches tall and
6inches long and made of wood and made in yugoslavia, it looks like some kind of a cup but not sure TIA

Quite a while back I listed something very similar to your unusual cup. The winning bidder was very pleased to add it to her collection. She also was kind enough to give me a little history on the piece as I knew very little about it.
It was long ago but if I remember correctly, she said it was called a shepherd's cup. Hand carved in the field to pass the time by a sheep herder as he tended his flock. Delightful Yugoslavian folk art. She also mentioned she had a wide variety as each shepherd had his own individual artistic talent/style.

My research found that shepherds used oil to anoint theIr flock in protection of the sun. Learned something new today - gives the 23rd Psalm more insight!
