The reason I am asking is that in the last 3 weeks, I think I have sold 3 maybe 4 small items, that is with over 400 listings, mostly store. Then today, I have sold 23 with 8 different buyers. It seems as if my auctions have not been visible. I have tried to bring up some of my auctions in the last few weeks without success. I am just hoping that things are fixed! Anyone else noticed an increase in bids/sales today?

I call this the faucet effect. Damnedifiknow but some days you're hot - some days you're invisible. It's a definite cycle but one that I can't figure out. Neglus has her faucet days and I have mine - they don't usually occur at the same time.

Yes, that's the way I feel. I find myself thinking "is it my turn today", almost as if eBay allows a section at a time to be visible.

Is the search fixed?

My day seems to be the second Tuesday of the 5th week of the 13th month! Way too few and far between and then WHAM they clean out the store. At least it is keeping ebay's bills paid but it is not doing much for mine.

As far as I can tell, it's not fixed yet

I agree, Paloma. My store is about the same but the number of bids on my auctions launched in the last seven days are the lowest ever.

I have 104 items listed, but when you goe to view my listings it shows only 97 item. These are items I listed over 24 hours ago.
I guess there are problems with the search fuction.

I have the disappearing item issues too. The last time this happened (it started with the rollback of SIS last April) sales were the PITS...then things improved for awhile and my item count was stable.
I wonder if this has something to do with the rollback of the trial search display - it seemed to happen at about the same time.
Tonight I got TKO notice on two items from ebay - only problem was that one of the items was one I ended right away because it was a double list. It never had a bid! So nice of them to TKO it!

Speaking of search (grumble grumble!) when did they change the default to be US only? I search for an item that is much more common in the UK and have always had a result that includes a good number of UK items. I had noticed that the search results were down but had not noticed that there were no UK items until I read here (another reason to visit eBay outlook) that the default is no longer to include UK. I went back and set it for wordwide and hope it sticks.
Was this ever announced or are we supposed to read their minds?

Photo, It's been that way for perhaps a month? I understand your frustration but I'm happy with the change. My category was glutted with UK items on their reduced listing days. The U.S. sellers' listings were never found in the UK unless a worldwide search was specified - it just didn't seem fair to U.S. sellers.

pixiamom: I have to agree also. Although I am originally English, I found that the UK listings in my craft category were huge. One problem I found was that many UK sellers were selling copies of the same craft books that I was selling, but selling copies wouldn't be allowed on the US site, so I think it would really affect the sales on that site.

Just wish they had told me about the change. In this category the UK sellers have the postcards I want most often. I know I can do a search for just UK but that means extra time.
