Interesting, new seller and you are only getting a code (that may be normal, don't know). Previous Amazon gift certificates were 5.00. What did I miss?

Registered in Venezuela,but says he is located in Miami, bought his feedback with penny listings, went from selling $5 GC to $500 GC once he found out there are suckers in the market... sure , I would send this person $300 for an electronic gift coupon, would not you. Sounds like such a nice person wanting to give you money.
He accepts PayPal, big deal. There will be no buyer protection on this listing for the person who falls for this listing.
He even had a bidder (tropicalberryblast) give him more than $5 for his $5 gift certificate. I find that a little strange. Especially since this buyer has also purchased other Amazon coupons for more than face value. And look, surprise , surprise, his other seller is:
