Durned if I can find it on eBay. I had an accidental double listing in my store. Buyer A bought the first one last week, then came back and bought the second one this week. I emailed them that there was only one item and that it was on its way to them and the second one was listed in error. Is there a way of making the sale disappear instead of just hanging in My eBay views for 3 months? I know there is no chance of an eBay refund.
Or - go to My Ebay page -- look all the way to the right after the time left column. You will see a drop down list in the Action column. Click the arrow & there is an End Item option.

Thanks, I've used this to end an active listing early, I need to know how to cancel an ended listing.

Can't you archive it?
Otherwise, I don't think there is a way to cancel. You can get the fee back if your buyer will participate in the mutual npb process (whatever it is called when you both agree not to go forward with the transaction).

Go to your items sold in My eBay. Click on the small box in front of the item you want to remove. Scroll to either the top or bottom of your sold items and click on the remove button. This should remove the item.
