Had an item marked US only, but still ebay and Paypal let a guy from South Korea "Buy it Now!" -- he lied and put in United States as his Country!!!
So he did pay, $500+ so I'm reluctant to let go of the sale, despite his error. He seems like a legit businessman based on his name and his website.
So I told him what the additional shipping fees would be... and no response. In fact after I wrote him, I got a reply from him urging me to let him know the additional fees. (I think our replies had crossed in email). This was 24 hours ago. No reply.
Anyway, if I stop hearing from him... what is the current policy on getting ALL MY FEES back so I can relist the item? Is it still pretty quick? What about Vendio fees?

You can get your FVF fees back from Vendio too but you have to show proof that ebay refunded your FVF.
Unless they changed that - did they Cash?
You could request that he send you payment by mail if you want. I do it all the time with international sales. I won't take paypal on high dollar items!!

Is he from South Korea or North Korea?
If he has a website and seems legit, give him a few more days.
Shipping to Korea is expensive, tell him if he backs out,he will get one strike against him and 3 strikes he will be out.

Oops, I had forgotten that some Vendio plans also charge FVF... it's been so long since I looked at the different plans.
