Me too, I get it on Windows Exporer and Internet Explorer, but the worst is on my Adobe program where I have a bunch of pictures ready to save, and for no reason the message comes up that there is a problem, and they are all gone! I would love an answer to the problem.

Best advice: download Firefox Browser and you'll never look back!

you still get it on Firefox folks.

Adobe - I would suggest updating it.

Are you using XP or 98 jack?

Adobe photoshop has a known problem with Dell (pentium 3 or 4). It is an electrical problem with the Motherboard.

Explorer crashes are usually due to add ons.

However, it could be many things. It depends on your system and what you are doing when it happens. You could have a problem with Java applets, etc.

I'm no guru, just had these problems myself. I don't like Mozilla Firefox myself but use it for Flash as there is a known security problem with Explorer and Flash.

You might go to Castle Cops and follow their protocol on cleaning out your computer.

Good luck.

If you are using XP you could try doing a restore if this is a new problem. OR you can get your XP disc out and pop it in and do a repair to the XP instillation. (Will have to enable boot to CD Rom in bios) If you do this you will have to update your XP with windows update all over again as it restores files back to original off the XP disc.

Jack, our computer is quite new. It will work fine for a while, and then off it goes again. Very frustrating!

Yeah, but ya can only trust a "bargain" so far...

I'd be a little leary of that $0.99 pacemaker from Herb's Hearts & Crafts, stall 199, at the Elbonia Flea Market...

I have been using Netscape since 1998, never a problem. I have heard derogatory things about Netscape, but I sure can't agree due to my own experience.
