I just had someone use a buy-it-now to purchase an item... and realized that their feedback rating is a -1 !!! I checked my Selling preferences, and my buyer requirements are set to block buyers who have a feedback score of -1 or lower. How did this happen?!?!
Must be another area on eBay that hadn't been broke, that they've tried to "fix" and is now broken!
I'm getting sick of dealing with such an incompetent listing service. I pay eBay big fees, and just ask that things work the way they're supposed to. I'm clearing out my inventory this year, and will stick with my own website after that...

Oh great. It seems to be related to my problem which is multiple bids from bidders registered in countries to which I do not ship. I have checked and rechecked and reset my prefences several times. These bidders should be blocked but they are not.
I am still waiting for a response to my email inquiry as to why this is going on.

I should add that I am sorry this happened to you but I am also kind of glad too because when other people have the same Ebay problems I feel less alone and I know I am not crazy.

I completely understand... misery loves company!
... and when it comes to eBay it's easy to feel miserable, so it's nice to have good company here at Vendio!
Let me know what you hear (if you get a response) from your email. You're probably absolutely right that they're connected. Hopefully I won't get many more -1 bidders before they fix it...

I have been experiencing the same problem where I went to check my preferences which have not changed but obviously Ebay has a major clitch with this area.
