gasolineguys	posted on November 18, 2007 11:33:45 AM Can anyone help identify this medal, as you can see it has a eagle holding a snake it on a shield and says USA on the back is 1940 then official member number C 00711 Then in Caps ROA the O has two keys through it. it is about 3/8" thick and on the edge are numbers and letters.It look like it used to open, on one edge are the numbers and on the other edge are the letters. Maybe a combination to get it open?? Don't know if I did the photos right but here is a try. Any help would be great !!
