I use the eBay checkout to send invoices and ever since they changed the checkout form (which I hate!!) I have been getting payments without the shipping cost included. I have had four or five in the last week. Is anyone else having this problem?

I pretty much broke buyers from doing that by refunding the full payment back to them and sending them an invoice from Paypal.

Do you have 'allow buyer to adjust total' or something like that checked? Sorry I can't remember the exact words. I offer 2 shipping options and optional insurance and it has to be checked for them to choose Priority or Parcel Post. I never thought about the possibility that they could choose NONE or put zeros in there!
