eBay wants me to know about my "dashboard." What does this mean: "All sellers with 10 or more DSRs within the last 12 months have their own Dashboard."

Your dashboard is a report of your stars for the past 30 days. It has been available in beta for a few months. In the email you received it should give you a link to your dashboard. If not, it is available on your My Ebay page.

10 or more stars out of 20 possible? Is that all? (I'm guessing they're talking about an average # of stars, of course.) Instead of all this cute stuff, why don't they just restore feedback to us sellers?!

There are a lot more changes that I'm surprised we haven't heard more comment about. Like - you'll only be able to link to a limited group of outside sites from your About Me page - they include other eBay pages, PayPal, image hosts (as long as they don't advertise non-eBay items), etc.
Hmmmm more changes are a comin'.
(edited because I didn't read closely enough the post just ahead of mine that said essentially the same thing... duh!)

THe 10 refers to number of ratings not number of stars. A link is in the cluttered left column on your "My Ebay" page under "My Account". It is called "seller dashboard".
