The spoon was made by Watson. Not part of the pattern lines for regular flatware. Most of the souvenir spoons were not standard patterns.

Tom...as for the WATSON part....there is NO "I", that is part of the flag....this site might be a big help for you.
The Watson Co. was established in 1874 in Attleboro, Massachusetts and had showrooms in New York, Chicago and San Francisco. They are known for making sterling souvenir spoons, flatware, hollowware and glass mounted with silver. The Thomae Co was a division of The Watson Co. The top mark is that of a flag with an "H" in the center.
