I liked it when all the auctions and fixed price listing where first in the Selling section but now everything is mixed together. I think someone posted about this a while back and they were told you could change this back to having auctions on top but for the life of me, I can't see a way to do that.

I think you can click on "format" and that will sort your items by format - just keep clicking until auctions are on top.

I just looked all through the preferences and couldn't find it, I thought there was a way to do it though. I did find a good preference I wasn't aware of - you can put a note automatically that says International Sale in my notes for items sold outside the U.S. - I can't tell you the number of times I've packaged an item in a priority box only to realize the zip was international and it was going 1st class int'l.

ladyjewels...try this

customize YOUR SUMMARY PAGE...if you want SELLING item at top...

then ALSO customize SELLING sections and add FORMAT to the list of items you want to appear...if you want FIXED PRICED items to appear first, once the list appears click the SMALL "format" at the top of the list - NOT the one to the right. This should seperate auctions/fixed/BIN...
add that to your favorites and see if that works..

rhpepsi is right. I prefer to sort by # of bids, highest to lowest. This gives me auctions with bids at the top, followed by auctions without bids, followed by BIN, followed by store listings.

Caroline, I've used the "International Note" option for some time now and really like it. I also use "add note" post-sale where I paste in the name of the listing's pic, which is downloadable and the key to how I file my cards.
