Yes. You may find this option in the listing form under the "eBay Shipping and Payment Details" section (above the "eBay Return Policy details" section). To turn it on, put a check mark in the box next to "Offer free shipping with the first eBay-supported carrier". This will turn the first shipping carrier that you have entered into the "Shipping Carriers" section into free shipping.

Thanks Nathan
So I need to set it up in my preferences? Does that mean that it will show up in all my listings? I don't really want that - just want it on some select auctions.

Lady, you can check the box on selected listings. Don't change Preferences, when you create a listing, it is right above the return policy.

I have just been zeroing out the s/h charge on the first carrier and it comes through with the orange "Free Shipping" label on ebay.

Thanks - I use SMPro but launched it for later so I could change it and just didn't see the option.
Neglus - That's what I did and I got the orange free shipping. Hope that helps put my higher in the search.

Hello Ladyjewels2000,
Unfortunately, this option is not yet available for Sales Manager Pro. You would need to upload (but not launch or schedule) the listing to your online account and edit the listing prior to launching.
However, entering "0.00" as the cost for a fixed price shipping carrier should work as well. The reason the actual free shipping option is needed is in case someone wants to offer free shipping with a calculated shipping carrier. (For example, they want to offer free shipping when sent USPS First-Class Mail, but they also want to show calculated shipping for USPS Express Mail.)
