KPM typically refers to Konigliche Porcelaine Fabrique (Royal Porcelain Factory, Berlin), however, I've never seen thier stamp look so plain.
This doesn't mean it's not genuine KPM china, but with this information you should be able to begin trying to find a manufacture date, then you can confirm whether or not the look of the stamps jives with the date it was made.
