Why is a listing rejected when I indicated I would ship ONLY to the US and so didn't indicate an international insurance cost?

I have gotten this before too. I think it has to do with having an international shipper or international insurance designated. You have to uncheck international shipping in a few places on the listing page.
You can also change your preferences for no international shipping and just added as needed on the listing page.
